私たち株式会社リーミルズエージェンシーは、英国ニットウェアブランド「JOHN SMEDLEY」をはじめとした海外ブランドの輸入・販売およびライセンス事業を行っています。
当社は2018年より、MSD企業投資株式会社※（以下「MSD」66.6%）と三井物産株式会社（以下「三井物産」33.4%）を株主とする「株式会社ビギホールディングス」（以下「ビギHD」）傘下である「株式会社メルローズ」の100%子会社となりました。その後、2024年6月に三井物産がビギHDのMSD持分の全株式を取得し、三井物産100%の完全子会社となった新体制のビギHDの下で、更なる事業拡大と新規事業の構築を目指しています。

We, Le Mills Agency, Ltd., are engaged in the import, sales, and licensing business of overseas brands, including the British knitwear brand “JOHN SMEDLEY.” Since 2018, we have been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Melrose, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Melrose”), which is under Bigi Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BIGI HD”), whose shareholders are MSD Corporate Investment, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “MSD”) with 66.6% and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Mitsui & Co.”) with 33.4%. Following the acquisition of all MSD shares in BIGI HD by Mitsui & Co. in June 2024, we are now under the new structure of BIGI HD as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., aiming for further business expansion and the development of new business ventures.
