私たち株式会社リーミルズ＆カンパニーは、英国ニットウェアブランド「JOHN SMEDLEY」をはじめとした海外ブランドの輸入・販売およびライセンス事業を行っています。
2018年、MSD企業投資株式会社※（以下「MSD」）と三井物産株式会社（以下「三井物産」）を株主とする「株式会社ビギホールディングス」（以下「ビギHD」）傘下「株式会社メルローズ」子会社としてビギHDに加わりました。その後、三井物産の完全子会社となった新体制のビギHDの下、更なる組織再編により、2025年4月よりビギHDの100%子会社として運営しています。この組織環境を生かし、より一層の事業拡大と新規ブランド事業の構築を目指してまいります。

We Lea Mills ＆ Co., Ltd., are engaged in the import, sales, and licensing business of overseas brands, including the British knitwear brand “JOHN SMEDLEY.”
In 2018, we became a subsidiary of Melrose Co., Ltd., which is part of BIGI Holdings Co., Ltd. (“BIGI HD”), a company that was jointly owned by MSD Enterprise Investment Corporation (“MSD”) and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui & Co. “) at that time. Following further organisational restructuring under the new framework of BIGI HD, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., we became a 100% subsidiary of BIGI HD in April 2025. Leveraging this new organisational structure, we are committed to further business expansion and the development of new brand ventures.
